We do not overbook our time and our therapists are blocked out for the full time of your treatment specified. We give our clients the full courtesy of being our single focus in that time and therefore do not take double bookings. Therefore when clients fail to notify us that they will not be coming to their appointment, it not only leaves our therapist with nothing to do for that time (therefore losing money for the business) but it may mean that another client has not been able to have their appointment when they wanted to, as time is very precious and we do have many days where we are fully booked. If you have an appointment and you fail to notify us that you can no longer make that appointment, you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee on your next appointment. This can be paid for on the day of no notification, if not, this will be applied to your client card for your next visit to the salon.
We would like to remind all our clients of Vogue Beauty Clinic’s cancellation and rescheduling policy. We do require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling an appointment in the form of a phone call, text message or an email. If your appointment falls on a Monday we request that you email your cancellation to email@example.com, this allows us to cancel your appointment on a Sunday and to receive online bookings to fill your cancelled appointment.
We are all human and sometimes we forget, that is why we have a text message service the day before your appointment. Please make sure that you let us know if you cannot attend, as we do not cancel unconfirmed appointments till we receive a response from you.
